What support do you offer?
We support both end users and client coordinators - no additional charges applied. Our dedicated, inhouse support team helps you in English, French, Dutch or German. They can be reached by phone every workday 9-18 hrs CET or online. Client project coordinators can escalate any technical issue 24/7 by email.

Financial

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. You always have a contract, but can choose between a monthly, a semi-annual and a yearly plan. All plans are set to auto-renew to ensure your access is never interrupted. All contracts can be cancelled at any time.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. We don’t charge administration, handling, maintenance or support fees. You only pay a fee for users and the points they can save. If you would decide to take us up on optional services such as in-person workshops, add-on consulting or so, we will quote you a price upon request.
What are the tax implications?
Basically, we charge VAT on all goods and services delivered to EU countries. In accordance with your local legislation of course. By the way, all rewards we deliver through our software are sold at - but most often well below the manufacturer suggested retail price! In case you want or need to report rewards as taxable income for the employee, we provide all necessary reports to do so. If you would choose to handle the tax burden for your employees, we will again provide the reporting to facilitate this decision. This being said, we are not tax consultants - so please consult a professional advisor :-)

What employee data is mandatory?
We only need the employee's email address, first name, last name and language. We recommend users to upload a profile picture. Birthday and hiring date are required if you want to activate the optional modules to celebrate them.
What do I need to use RecognizePeers?
RecognizePeers is 100% web based, meaning you can access it anywhere and there's no software to install on your computer. You can even use RecognizePeers on your mobile device. All you need is an internet connection and a recent browser (Google Chrome 50+, Apple Safari 9+, Microsoft Internet Explorer 9+, Microsofte Edge, or Mozilla Firefox 45+) with JavaScript.

Trial

What happens when it ends?
Our free trial is accessible for 31 days. Along the way, your personal success manager will assist you with any questions you have. If you would need more time, contact us and we will be happy to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
How does the free trial work?
Before starting the trial, we will validate your request and get you started. We will do a basic setup of your SaaS instance and will guide you along the way. You'll be assigned to a personal success manager who will act as a single point of contact for any question you might have. In the trial, you'll have access to all functionality. Only rewards are disabled since you're no paying customer.
Do I have to give my payment details?
No. The trial is 100% free and we do not ask for payment or credit card information.
